What’s goin on my chicklets?

Here’s a quote for you all, or an affirmation if you will, “I release all that does not serve me, and welcome in the bountiful good that I am due.”

Today I want to touch on a subject that many of us have difficulty with. At some point in our lives, we all suffer some sort loss, hurt, and pain.

I’m not here to tell you not to feel pain, not to get upset by it, not to cry, or not to get bothered by it. Part of life is having to go through all those emotions, but the key is once you have gone through it, you must let it go.

No one knows this better than those with a major 9 in their chart. When I say major 9 I mean those with a 9 life number, born on a 9 day, pinnacle, transit, destiny, soul, personal yearly cycle, etc..

I’ve had my fair share of difficulties and circumstances where I was hurt, wronged by someone in some way, but in the end it didn’t serve me to hang on to it. I found that when I hung onto that negativity, I was only hurting myself. It was eating me up inside.

I’m a thinker, so I would analyze it. Think about different scenarios, about why it happened, could it have been avoided, what should have been done differently. The point is I was agonizing over it, and all the while letting it consume me.

I read a quote by Wayne Dyer that changed my perception on things, it said “What people do to you is their karma, how you react is yours.”

That is definitely powerful.

I realized that all the hurt and anger I was harboring because of the “pain” that I endured was only hurting me. I was creating my own “karma” and was suffering as a result.

In the end it’s best for you to “let go and let God.”

Release all the hurt and pain you feel from any type of loss or ill treatment, give it to the Universe. Breathe in, and breathe it out. Let it go, let all the anxiety, resentment, mistreatment, hurt, loss, and pain leave your body.

You’ll find that when you do, a whole new world begins to open up before you. You feel more vibrant, healthier, lighter, and let us not forget happier.

By releasing all that does not serve you, you are able to knock down that wall of blockage, and welcome in blessings to come into your world. You see because, you are no longer “holding on” to old ways, a way of life, thoughts, a situation, or a person that didn’t serve you, or had no place in it. The positivity is able to flow once again.

If anything is eating you up inside, hurting you, causing you heartache, upsetting you, I urge you to “let go and let God.”

Do not let go for someone else, let go for yourself, and let happiness back into your life. I’m not asking you to “forget” that hurt, but I am asking you to “release” it from your life. It maybe difficult at first, but once you are able to “release” all that negativity, you’ll see a whole new world open up right before your very eyes.

   Well said Markie freedom IS in the releasing. A wise woman once reminded me others interpretation, opinions judgments of us are none of our business.
